Raspberry and Oatmeal Smoothie

 

 

Ingredients

Makes one large glass

25 ml / 1 1/2 tbsp medium oatmeal

150 gl 5 oz / scant 1 cup raspberries

45 ml/3 tbsp natural ( plain ) yogurt

 

Preparation

Put the oatmeal in the blender and add all but two or three of the raspberry, and abut 30 ml/2 tbsp of the yogurt. Blend until smooth, scraping down the side of the blender if necessary. Pour in 120 ml/4fl oz / 1/2 cup very cold water. Blend briefly. Pour the raspberry and oatmeal smoothie into a large glass, swirl in the remaining yogurt and top with the reserved raspberries.
